I wanted to thank you yet again for this amazing web-site you have designed here. It's full of ideas for those who are definitely interested in this subject, especially this very post. You're really all absolutely sweet and thoughtful of others plus reading your blog posts is a superb delight if you ask me. And what a generous gift! Ben and I are going to have fun making use of your points in what we should instead do next week. Our list is a mile long and tips might be put to good use.

Dr. Anaya,

The article called "Hyperkyphotic Posture and Mortality in Older Persons" was written in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society in October 2004. The head author is Deborah Kado, MD. I found it in Pubmed, it's a great article while researching posture, it's a great article!

This is great information, but not really worth much without a link to the article (or even what journal it was in, who the authors were, etc.).

Thanks for your own efforts on this website. My aunt really loves working on investigations and it's really obvious why. A lot of people learn all of the powerful way you offer functional ideas on this website and as well foster participation from website visitors on that concern plus our simple princess is certainly being taught a great deal. Enjoy the remaining portion of the year. You're the one performing a pretty cool job.

Wow, these are really cool! Will the posture shirt help to strengthen your posterior (back) muscles? My fear is that even though it helps to keep your posture in place, your body will have to rely on the shirt to keep you in place, potentially causing your back muscles to get even weaker in the process. Any thoughts or customer results?
